I WORKED THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME THEY ARE A LOW BUDGET COMPANY IN CONCORD CA.THEY USE A TRANSFER CENTER WHO COLD CALLS YOU THEY DONT EVEN KNOW YOUR VEHICLE INFO THATS WHY THEY ASK YOU TO VERIFY IT THEN THE TRANFER REP SENDS YOU TO A AGENT IN CONCORD WHO PITCHS YOU ON COVERAGE FOR YOUR CAR WHICH TRUST ME IS WAY OVER PRICED. I PRAY YOU DIDNT BUY A CONSUMER DIRECT THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING IF YOIU ARE IN CALIFORNIA THATS ALL THEY CAN SELL YOU AND THEY WONT COVER ANYTHING THEY SAY YOUR ENGINE AND TRANSMISSON WELL ITS ONLY 29 LUBRICATED COMPONNINTS OF THE ENGINE AND 14 OF THE TRANSMISSION AND IT HAS TO PHYSICALLY BREAK.
